Lawson Street bus stop to see update this month

Go Triangle and the City of Durham will replace the bus stops, concrete, and curbing on both sides of Lawson Street on Main Campus later this month. The project will start on June 14 and is slated to be finished July 2.

Bus service will continue to operate as normal.

As a part of the project, the bus stop and load zone will slightly shift for both sides to ensure the bus will not block the pedestrian crosswalk when stopping. The bus will load right before the crosswalk on each side.
