This course includes instructional content for Firefighter Health & Safety. This course will present the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and ability to satisfy the requirements of NFPA 1001. In this class, students will learn the importance of personal health and well being in the fire service, physical fitness requirements, safety during emergency response, safety on active fire scenes and securing utilities.
